Graduation Brownie Caps

Published by Kristen on

These fanciful treats were to celebrate the graduation of a few college friends. They are super easy to make!

Graduation Brownie Caps

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate
  • Graham Crackers
  • Brownie Bites (I used store-bought, but you could make your own with a mini muffin tin)
  • Marzipan (or fondant if someone is allergic)
  • Food Coloring (I recommend gel instead of liquid)

Instructions:

Dip the Graham Crackers completely on both sides in the chocolate and stick on top of a brownie bite that is turned upside down, allow to cool.

In a small bowl mix Marzipan and food coloring until desired color is reached and is spread around. Shape into tassels. Place tassels on top.
