Knit Scarves

Published by Kristen on

I used to make a lot of knit scarves, and I mean a lot. For a while there I was making 10 or more a month. It would only take me about an hour and a half to make one since I did a drop stitch and used size 17 needles. What can I say? I don’t like my crafts to take very long.

Typically the scarf material was a combination of a soft weight yarn with a fancy yarn like “fur” in similar colors. Also pictured are the ribbon yarn ones, but these were the only two I made.

All of the scarves pictured were probably my less successful ones, and since I was making so many, I didn’t take the time to photograph all of them. I made these for about 6 months and then promptly stopped since it was becoming boring, and I didn’t want to learn anything else to knit because it would take too long to make. At least it was fun while it lasted!
